Franklin Springs, Ga – Conference Carolinas released their 2025-26 Preseason Coaches' Poll for Women's Basketball earlier this week and the Emmanuel University Lions were picked to finish 8
th out of 16 teams.
Last season, the Lions finished 12-16 overall, 11-9 in conference action.

Naomi Roberts who led the team in scoring last year, averaging 14.7 points per game.

Naomi Roberts |Junior | Cleveland, GA
Naomi averaged 14.7 ppg and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Lions in 2024-25. She had a career high 32 points at Erskine on 12/14/24 where she was 10-21 from the field and grabbed 10 rebounds.
Lizzie Teasley | Senior | Covington, GA
Lizzie was an impact player for the Lions in 2024-25, with a strong three-point shot. She had a season high 12 points on 11/16/24 against Lee where she connected on 4 three-pointers.
Hannah Harris | Sophomore| Ball Ground, GA
A sophomore guard out of Ball Ground, GA, Harris looks to make an impact in her sophomore season at the point guard position.
The Lions will open the 2025-26 season on Friday, November 14 at 6PM as they host North Georgia in the Conference Challenge Classic.
