Box Score Central, SC - It's been twelve days since the Lions last game. However, despite the Lions extended break of games they picked up right where they left off by knocking off SWU on the road, 78-65. The Lions weren't as hot from deep as they've been in their last few outings, but they played some stifling defense, holding SWU to just 35% from the field and 25% from deep.
The Lions jumped out on SWU, largely because of Sophomore Forward, Jayvion Rucker, who scored 7 of Emmanuel's first 11 points. The inside presence of Jayvion Rucker and Kyler Ingram was felt all night. The two combined for 22 points and 14 rebounds and went a combined 10-15 from the field (67%).
