Sports Medicine 2026 "The Athletic Training Staff at Emmanuel University is dedicated to delivering the highest standard of injury and prevention care to all student-athletes. Our team works collaboratively with the Emmanuel University's team Physician and trusted community healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care. We are committed to providing all healthcare services in a manner that reflects professionalism and compassion for each student-athlete’s well-being. All practices will be conducted in full compliance with the regulations set forth by the Georgia Athletic Trainers' Association (GATA), the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and the NCAA Sports Medicine Guidelines." This policy will be reviewed and updated every year to ensure patient center care and the current best practices in sports medicine. Athletic Training Room Hours: Monday-Wednesday-Friday: 10-12p & 1-6:30p Tuesday-Thursday: 9:30-12p & 1-6:30p Saturday-Sunday: Open two hours prior to competition and 30 minutes after competition. 9:30a–12p Evaluation of injuries and rehab. 12pm -1 p.m. CLOSED 1p- to closing - Pre-practice preparation (Rehab by appointment only)***If a student athlete is unable to make it to the athletic training room during the allotted hours for evaluation of injuries and rehab due to class conflicts, arrangements can be made with the ATC staff to receive treatment***
