An error scored one run for the Lions.
Lander University knotted the game up at three in the bottom of the third inning, when Lander University scored one run on a stolen base.
Kaitlyn Pickens led things off on the rubber for the Lions . The right hander lasted five and two-thirds innings, allowing four hits and four runs while striking out four.
