Franklin Springs, GA - Women's Wrestling hosted Emory & Henry College for a matchup with the Wasp.

Emmanuel College Women's Wrestling team is coming into this season ranked 11th in the country. They currently have two wrestlers ranked in the top 8, one of which stands strong in 2nd place in the country. The Lady Lions looked to dominate this matchup with the Wasp. Emmanuel would dominate and win 44-4. Hope Eastes, Haley Zinninger, Catarina Valasquez-Perez, Andrea Espinoza, Ester Levendusky, Samantha Larios, Gianna Anaya, Lauren Ellis, Christina Santoyo and Brittney Reed would be the 10 wrestlers that would represent the Lions in their upset over the Wasp.

Emmanuel Women's Wrestling team will travel to Marietta, GA to compete in the Life Open on Saturday, November 12th.
