The Lions started hot grabbing wins on all the doubles this afternoon. On court #1

Nathan Benoit earned a break on 4-4 to close out on serve, 6-4, on court #2 Thembo Makhanya /
Javier Crespo remained undefeated in league play with a win today by by 6-4, and lastly, on court #3
Kornel Kimaszewski / Juan Camilo Burgos finished the sweep for the Lions by 6-4.
With a 1-0 lead, EC was able to grab another 5 additional points today during singles play. First, on court #1, the senior Thembo Makhanya, proved to be too solid on baseline to win today by 6-2 6-4.
Kornel Kimaszewski came back from a set down and 2-5 on the second to put EC a point away from the overall win with a 3-set win by 2-6 7-6 10-5. The clinching point came from
Nathan Benoit on court #2, who never trailed with a 6-2 6-2 win today. The senior Juan Camilo Burgos stretched the scoreboard for the Lions with a 6-0 6-1 win and lastly, Hassan Badran finished the day on court #3 with a straight set win by 6-4 6-1.
Coming up next, The Emmanuel College Men's Tennis will host the Belmont Abbey Crusaders for another conference match.
