Franklin Springs, GA – The Emmanuel Women's Wrestling team hosted Bluefield State University yesterday on senior day. The Lady Lions dominated the Great Danes 47-2 to improve to 12-4 overall and 3-0 in conference action.

At 123 lbs. junior, Annika Lindberg won via technical fall (2:00)
At 130 lbs. junior, Jewelysa Funakoshi won via fall (1:51)
At 143 lbs. sophomore, Gianna Anaya won via fall (2:00)
At 155 lbs. freshman, Jocelyn Yepez won via fall (0:21)
At 170 lbs. sophomore, Alyssa Arana won via injury (1:30)
At 191 lbs. sophomore, Shanna Archuelta won via fall (0:17)
 
 Next up the Lions will travel to Frostburg, MD to compete in the Frostburg State Open on February 3!
