Williamsburg, KY – The Emmanuel Women's Wrestling team traveled to Williamsburg, KY to compete in the Patriots Duals hosted by the University of the Cumberlands. The Lions matched up well against top competition, going 8-1 on the weekend.   

The action kicked off on Friday, December 6 with four dual matches for the Lions.

34-14 (W) over Lourdes University
24-18 (W) over Lindsey Wilson College
47- 2 (W) over Campbellsville University
34-16 (L) to University of the Cumberlands 

On Saturday, December 7 the Lions went undefeated in dual action, avenging their sole loss of the weekend against host, University of the Cumberlands.

RESULTS

39-10 (W) over Liberty University
45-3 (W) over Siena Heights University
44-4 (W) over Tiffin University
28-20 (W) over Life University
38-7 (W) over University of the Cumberlands.

Next up, the Lady Lions will travel to Emory, VA to compete in the WASP Open hosted by Emory & Henry on Friday.
