Mount Berry, GA – The Emmanuel Beach Volleyball team competed in the Vikings Classic hosted by Berry College this weekend. After going 1-1 on day one of the tournament, the Lions faced East Texas Baptist University to close out tournament play. It was a close game, but ETBU came away with a 3-2 win. With the loss, the Lions fall to 11-17 on the season.

3. Nadia Brockway/Mona Salgado (ETBU) defeated Aaliyah Lobendahn/Lauren Pace (EM) 21-6, 21-16 
4. Rachel McGlamery/Cailin Pritchard (EM) def. Bailee Kitchen/Hannah Perry (ETBU) 14-21, 21-13, 15-12.
5. Peyton Fredrick/Kyleigh Pate (EBTU) def. Hannah Farrar/Maya Hedden (EM) 21-11, 21-15. 
 
Next up, the Lions will take part in the AVCA Small College Championship, April 11-April 14 at Hickory Point Beach in Tavares, FL.
