MCCORMICK, SC – The Emmanuel Men's Golf team opened their season at the Savannah Lakes Invitational held at the Monticello Golf Club in McCormick, SC. After shooting 1 under par through the first two rounds, the Lions dropped five spots on the final day to finish 13^th overall, shooting 10 over par in the tournament. 

Emmanuel's Castor Morris led the way, shooting -6 on the tournament to finish tied for 12^th. Pietro Fenoglio finished T32, finishing the tournament at even par.

Next up, the Lions will travel to Dahlonega, GA to compete in the Lake Lanier Invite at Achasta hosted by the University of North Georgia on September 20-21.
