Biography

Nickname: Mija/Lupe                                        
2019-2020: Maria redshirted for the Olympic year, had a record of 1-1 and due to Covid-19 season was cut short.
2018-2019: Was 20-1 on the WCWA season before it was cut short. Went on to place 8th at the US Open and runner-up at the U-23 World Team Trials.
2017-2018: Finished with a record of 29-8 on the season and finished 2nd to team mate Cody Pfau at the WCWA National tournament. This makes her the 2nd 2x All-American for Emmanuel College.
2016-2017: Had a record of 23-4 finished 3rd at the WCWA National Tournament.
High School: Was a 4x High School District Champion, 2X Regional Champion and finished her Senior year with a State Championship in wrestling at Dallas Skyline. Also, likes reading and running.
