Coach Brian brings a wealth of experience and passion to Emmanuel as the head coach of the women's lacrosse team. With a coaching career spanning over 8 years, Coach Little has established a reputation for developing highly competitive teams both on and off the field.
Brian began his coaching journey as an Assistant coach here at Emmanuel, where [he helped with recruiting Offense & Defense and academic success. He became the head coach for the women’s program in January of 2021. Where is continuing to excel in coaching and mentoring young athletes.
At Emmanuel Coach Little has implemented a dynamic training program focused on technical skill development, tactical strategy, and academic achievement. He emphasizes a holistic approach to coaching, ensuring that student-athletes thrive not only in lacrosse but also in their academic pursuits and personal growth.
Under Coach Brian's leadership, the Lions have achieved notable successes, including Making the conference tournament for the 1st time in program history, Coaching 14 all conference players and 1 All American. His team has also won the Team Messick Sportsmanship award. He is committed to maintaining a culture of excellence, sportsmanship, and integrity within the program.
Off the field, Coach Brian is actively involved in the Royston Elementary mentoring program, demonstrating his dedication to fostering well-rounded student-athletes who contribute positively to their communities.
He resides not too far from the school with his wife Libby and dog Luna , and enjoys [golf, working out reading and grilling.
