FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga.– The Emmanuel Men's Basketball team got their second win of the season against Carver Bible College on Tuesday night at the Shaw Athletic Center.

The Cougars of Carver had the game tied at 7-7, but the Lions took the lead from there and never looked back, extending the lead to 27 points at one time. The Lions came out with a 90-73 victory over the Cougars.

The Lions shot 57.1% from the field and 62.5% from the free throw line.

Jeremy Burgess led the team with 16 points. Michael Stanley recorded a double double with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Patrick McCrary and Zach Lillie also put up 14 points for the Lions.

The Lions travel to Bob Jones on Saturday, December 13thto take on the Bruins. Tip off is set for 3:00 PM.
