WILSON, NC—The Emmanuel College Men's Volleyball team opened up their 2015 season on Saturday. The Lions were downed by Barton College, losing in three sets (16-25, 21-25, 21-25).

Alex Barbosa led the Lions with 15 kills. Enrique Larachand Meshach McKnight each recorded 11 assists. NikNelson put down two service aces and had six digs for the match.

The Lions continue with Conference Carolinas play, taking on Mount Olive on Saturday at 2:00 PM.
