GAFFNEY, SC—The Lions Men's Volleyball team fell to Limestone on Tuesday night in a four match series.

The Saints of Limestone took the first two sets 25-22, 25-29, before the Lions responded with their own victory in set three (25-19). The Saints picked up set four with a 25-21 win for the set and the match.

Meshach McKnight recorded a double double for the Lions with 37 assists, and he also led the Lions in digs with 15. Alex Barbosa led the Lions offensively with 20 kills. Luke Fountain put down 10 kills and recorded two aces for the match. Steven Peruyero collected six blocks, one solo and five on assists. Barbosa had five blocks (2 solo, 3 on assists).

The Lions return to the Shaw Athletic Center for a home game against Belmont Abbey on Tuesday, February 24. First serve will be at 7:00 PM.
