Franklin Springs, GA - The Lions started the game slowly and struggled to get into a rhythm early on. When the Lions eventually found their feet they started to create scoring opportunities and Jordan Davis would add the first as he lobbed the Crusaders goalkeeper. The Lions would go into the half leading 1-0.

It was a much better performance from Emmanuel in the second half, and they got their second goal in the 58^th minute when Jordan Davis volleyed home his second of the game. The Lions added a third in the 78^th minute through Mark Shrosbree and then completed the scoring in the 80^th minute with a goal from Freddy Valentin.

The win moves the Lions to 2-3 and 1-2 in conference play.

The Lions play again on Tuesday night when they travel to take on Southern Wesleyan with kick-off scheduled for 7pm.
