FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. - The Emmanuel College men's soccer team returned to the field with another conference win, this time with a 1-0 victory over Belmont Abbey.

Junior Danny McKerchar Cameron scored the sole goal of the night less than a minute into the game.

Junior Marcus Larsen fired a quick pass from the right side of the field setting up Cameron to roll a shot into the bottom left corner of the net. A diving save attempt from the Crusader goalkeeper couldn't prevent the goal.

The rest of the match remained scoreless, despite 21 more shots on the night.

Senior Andy Dunnett registered 5 saves for the Lions.

The Lions hope to keep their conference win streak alive when they take on North Greenville on the road this Saturday. The game may be postponed due to Hurricane Florence.
