FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. - The Emmanuel College men's volleyball team fell to Lincoln Memorial University, 3-2 on Wednesday night.

Junior Don Thompson had his second highest kill count of the season with 21 while the Lions combined for a .325 team hitting percentage. Despite 59 kills in the match, the Lions were outplayed both offensively and defensively. The Railsplitters had a good night from the service line, delivering 14 aces to help propel them to a 25-23, 23-25, 22-25, 25-9, 15-12 victory over the Lions. 

Next up, the Lions will travel to the University of Charleston (W.V.) on Friday, March 8th at 6:00pm.
