BELMONT, N.C. - The Emmanuel College men's volleyball team fell 3-0 to conference opponent Belmont Abbey College on Saturday afternoon.

The Crusaders stayed on top with a .352 hitting percentage. Despite the close sets, the Lions were unable to close any out and fell 25-22, 25-23, 25-18.

The Lions posted 31 kills with Junior Don Thompson leading the pack with 10. Junior Alejandro Robles totaled 4 blocks.

Next up, the Lions make their Conference Carolinas postseason debut with their quarterfinal match against King University on Saturday, April 13th. Emmanuel holds the #7 seed while King sits at #2.
