FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga - The men's soccer team hosted the Erskine College Flying Fleet on Wednesday night. The Lions defeated the Flying Fleet 1-0 for their second straight conference victory.
The first half of the game was scoreless with Freshman goalkeeper
Giuliano Palma putting up 2 of his 8 saves on the night.
In the 75th minute,
Harrison Wright fired a shot into the top right corner of the net off of an assist from
Channing Park, putting the Lions ahead 1-0.
Erskine was unable to recover, ending the game with a 1-0 Lion's victory. This win moves their record to 4-1 overall and 2-0 in Conference Carolinas.
Men's soccer will continue the action on Saturday, September 28th, when they host Piedmont International.
