Bristol, TN – The Lions traveled to King University to face off in a conference matchup against the Tornados this afternoon. 

The Tornados would put up a fight against The Lady Lions. Emmanuel however, would take all three sets against the Tornados.  Set 1 (25-18), set 2 (27-25) and set 3 (25-23.) Emily Hanson ed the Lions with 12 kills followed closely by Taylor Roberts who had 10 kills. Gabrielle McGlamery dished out 39 assists and led the Lions with 39 assists.  Taylor Roberts finished the match with 7 blocks. Gabrielle McGlamery finished the match with 2 aces.

The Lions will host Erskine College for a Conference Carolinas matchup on Tuesday, October 4, 2022. The match is set to begin at 7:00pm.
