Franklin Springs, GA – Women's Volleyball hosted King University for a conference matchup against the Tornados.
 
Emmanuel looked to advance to 10-1 in Conference play. The Lions came out in total domination of this matchup against the Tornados. Overall, the Lions had 46 kills to Tornados' 26, 10 aces to Tornados' 1, 5 blocks to Tornados' 6, 43 assist to Tornados' 24 and 52 digs to Tornados' 40. The Lions took all three set. Set 1 (25-10), set 2 (25-17) and set 3 (25-20.) Alaina Emminger had a match high of 16 kills followed closely by Emily Hanson who had 13. Kaitlyn Henderson had a match high of 6 aces. Taylor Roberts finished the match with 3 blocks followed closely by GabiReagan who had 2 blocks. Gabrielle McGlamery had a match high of 39 assists. Asia Queen finished the match with 14 digs followed by Layla Bland who had 12 digs. 
 
Emmanuel will host North Greenville University for a rematch against the undefeated (in Conference play) Crusaders on Saturday, October 15th. Match that is set to begin at 2:00pm.
