Franklin Springs, GA – Women's Volleyball hosted Southern Wesleyan University tonight in a matchup that would be one for the record books.
 
Emmanuel looked to advance to 14-1 in Conference play. The Lions came out in total domination of this matchup against the Warriors. Overall, the Lions had 51 kills to Warriors' 22, 5 aces to Warriors' 1 ace, the Lions had 10 blocks to the Warriors' 5, 49 assist to Warriors' 19 and 56 digs to Warriors' 36. The Lions took all three sets. Set 1 (25-8), set 2 (25-16) and set 3 (25-12. Taylor Roberts had a match high of 10 kills along with Emily Hanson who also had 10 kills. AmandaMazurkiewcz had a match high of 2 aces. Taylor Roberts finished the match with 6 blocks. Gabrielle McGlamery had a match high of 43 assists and 13 digs. Taylor Roberts hit her 1,000th career point and Gabi Reagan had her 200th block while apart of the Lady Lions. Congratulations to these two ladies on their success here at Emmanuel College!
 
Emmanuel will host Chowan University on Friday, October 28th. Match that is set to begin at 7:00pm.
