Franklin Springs, GA – Women's Volleyball hosted Edward Waters for a non-conference matchup between the Tigers this afternoon.
 
The Tigers came out strong in all three sets. They would take early leads against the Lions but when crunch time came, the lions would fight to win all three sets. Set 1 (25-16), set 2 (25-18) and set 3 (25-15.) Emmanuel would dominate a majority of the match. In points they led 55-40, kills were 44-36, aces (8-3), blocks (3-1), assists (41-29) and Digs (42-36.) Emily Hanson had a match high of 14 kills followed closely by Alaina Emminger who had 11. Layla Bland had a match high of 3 aces. Taylor Roberts finished the match with 3 blocks. Gabrielle McGlamery had a match high of 39 assists. Kaitlyn Henderson finished the match with 11 digs.
 
Emmanuel will host University of Mount Olive at home on Saturday, October 8th for a Conference Carolinas matchup that is set to begin at 1:00pm.
