Pembroke, NC – Women's Volleyball traveled to Pembroke, NC to compete in the finals of the Conference Carolinas Championship against UNC Pembroke.
Emmanuel looked to win the Conference Carolinas Championship Tournament and find a spot in region play. To do this, the Lions must defeat the UNC Pembroke. UNC Pembroke was the #1 ranked team in the east division of the Conference Carolinas. They won regular season Champions as well as Emmanuel. The Lions had not faced this team this season. The Lions fought a long and hard battle but would ultimately lose the fight to the Braves, 3-1. Overall, the Lions had 44 kills, 8 aces, the Lions had 7 blocks, 43 assist and 57 digs. Set 1 (20-25), set 2 (20-25) and set 3 (25-23) Set 4 (18-25).
Emily Hanson had 19 kills followed by
Alaina Emminger who had 9 kills.
Gabi Reagan and Amore Marshall both had 2 aces.
Taylor Roberts had 4 blocks followed by Gabir Reagan who had 3 blocks.
Gabrielle McGlamery had 36 assists and Amore Marshall had 13 digs.
