Franklin Springs, GA - The Men's Wrestling team hosted Emory & Henry College this afternoon for a matchup with the Wasp.

The Lions are looking strong coming into tonight's matchup with the Wasp. They have focused heavily on training and recruiting this summer in hopes to show up and dominate this season. Tonight all training would pay off as they would go undefeated against the Wasp 55-0. Gavin Hayes, Harvey Ridings, Joshua Kincaid, Clayton Frost, Gage Shetley, Connor Smith, Grady Tisdale, Markis Hill, Gavin Harper and Ja'Mond Goodwine would be the 10 individuals that would lead the Lions tonight with a total team score of 55. These men would all win their weight class. Joshua Kincaid, Gage Shetley, Connor Smith and Gavin Harper would all win with a pin having a total score of 6 points. Gavin Hayes and Grady Tisdale would win with a Technical Fall having a total score of 5 points. Two wrestlers would not show for Emory & Henry College resulting in an automatic 12 points for the Lions. 

Men's Wrestling will host the Georgia Open on Sunday, November 13th in the Athletic Center.
