Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - - - Emmanuel College Freshmen Mei White competed at the 2022 U.S. Paralympics National Championships, a 3-day meet, from December 16-18, 2022.
 
Day 1, Women's 400 LC Meter Freestyle Multi-Class:
In the morning prelims, White qualified 10^thmaking the B final with a time of 5:42.74
In the evening B finals, White dropped 10 seconds to finish 1^st (9^th overall) with a time of 5:32.13   
 
Day 2, Women's 100 LC Meter Breaststroke Multi-Class:
In the morning prelims, White qualified 1^st, making the A final with a time of 1:37.03
In the evening finals, White finished 1^st overall with a time of 1:37.90, to become National Champion in the event 

Day 3, Women's 100 LC Meter Freestyle Multi-Class:
In the morning prelims, White qualified 10th, making the B final with a time of 1:17.32
White did not compete in the evening finals

Head Coach, Allen Gilchrest remarked; "Our team is so proud of Mei. She is our third national champion this month! With Bartosz in Poland and Valentina in Bolivia!
