Box Score Florence, SC – The Lions went on the road to face Francis Marion University in the second Conference Carolinas match.
 
Francis Marion would defend their home court in the first set winning it 25-19. The Lions would seek revenge in set two winning the set 25-13. The Patriots answered the call in the third set winning a close one 25-23. Emmanuel wouldn't back down as they would secure set four 25-16 forcing a fifth and final set. The victory would be awarded to the Lady Lions as they win the fifth set 15-6. Emily Hanson had match high of  21 kills followed. Gabrielle McGlamery dished out the match high of 48 assists that would tie with the Patriots leader, Kaylee Gillespie. Asia Queen led the Lions with  a match high of 28 digs.  Gabi Reagan finished the match with 7 blocks followed closely by Taylor Roberts who had 5 digs.


Emmanuel will host Converse University on September 20, 2022. The match is set to begin at 7:00pm.
