Franklin Springs, GA- The Lions opened the game with a 9 point lead over the Hawks. Leading by nine at halftime, the Lions knew they had to stay strong in the second half of play in order to win this game. The Lions would come out of the locker room strong. The Hawks would not manage to take control one time during the second half of play. Free Throws were the biggest advantage of the game for the Lions as they made eighteen of twenty-four free throws for a percentage of .75 from the line including Tavarus " Spudd " Webb who went five of six. The Lions advance to a 7 game win streak and currently sit in 2nd place overall in Conference Carolinas behind UNC Pembroke.
