Franklin Springs, GA- The Emmanuel Men's Tennis team hosted Northwood University today in non-conference action. The Wolves struck first, winning the doubles point, but the Lions roared back and dominated singles play to take the match, 5-2. With the win, the Lions improve to 5-2 on the season.

1. At #1 Doubles, A. Tezabwala/K. Zubri (NUMT) def. Murilo Gracio/ James Girdler (EUMT)  7-6
2. At #2 Doubles, L. Grassnickel/M. Wild (NUMT) def. Aleksander Simovski/Georg Stettler (EUMT) 7-5
3. At #3 doubles, Henrique Castro/Julio Lopes Polesi (EUMT) def. T. Ladwein/A. Parigi (NUMT) 6-4

SINGLES PLAY 

1. At #1 singles, M. Wild def (NUMT) def. Murilo Gracio (EUMT) in a competitive match with Gracio winning set one, 6-2 and falling in the final two sets, 6-4, 7-6. 
2. At #2 singles, James Girdler (EUMT) def. K. Zubri (NUMT) 6-4, 6-0. 
3. At #3 singles, Henrique Castro (EUMT) def. A. Parigi (NUMT) 6-3, 6-3
4. At #4 singles, Georg Stettler (EUMT) def. L. Grassnickel (NUMT) 6-0, 6-1
5. At #5 singles, Aleksander Simovski (EUMT) def. A. Tezabwala (NUMT) 6-4, 6-4
