Box Score Young Harris, GA – The Emmanuel Men's Soccer team traveled to Young Harris, Ga. to take on Young Harris College in conference action. The Mountain Lions got off to a fast start with a goal in the 17^th minute and controlled the pace of the game the rest of the way to win, 2-0. With the loss, the Lions fall to 1-1-2 on the season, 0-1-1 in conference play.
 
The Mountain Lions got on the board first with a goal at 17:18 to take an early 1-0 lead. Young Harris added to their lead in the 29^th minute to make it 2-0 heading into halftime. 
 
The second half was a defensive battle with neither team breaking through the score. 
 
The Mountain Lions led the way with 6 shots on goal compared to Emmanuel's 5. 
 
Tomas Pollacchi led the way for the Lions with three shots on goal, with Alberto Hernandez Meca and Ignacio Doldan each taking one. 
 
The Lions will be back in action on Tuesday as they host Shorter at 7PM at the Stephens Athletic Field.
