INDIANAPOLIS – The Lions learned their destination and opponent last night in the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Championship. 

 Emmanuel will travel to Wingate, NC to face the #1 seed and host, Wingate University in the opening round of the championship on December 4th at 7:30PM.

The Lions won the Conference Carolinas Championship title on Sunday, their 4th in eight years to earn the 8-seed in regional tournament play. 

The Lions enter the matchup at 22-9 overall, 15-5 in league play. Wingate, who is ranked 15th in the America Volleyball Coaches Association poll, are 28-1 on the year. 

The winner of the contest will move onto face the winner of second seed, Lenoir Rhyne and seventh seed, Lander on Friday, December 5th. 

The regional championship match will be held on Saturday, December 6.
