TALLAHASSEE, FL – The Emmanuel Men's Bowling team traveled to Tallahassee, FL to compete in the FSU Seminole Classic hosted by Florida State University. The Lions opened the tournament well, placing first on day one with a total score of 4986, edging 2
nd place finisher, Florida State who scored 4845. The JV team finished 2
nd with a total score of 4613.
Individually, the Lions were led by sophomore,
Garrett Nelson who finished 3
rd with a 5-game average of 211.4 and a high game of 225.
Ashton Angel and
Max Howard (JV) rounded out the top five, with Angel bowling an average of 211, with a high game of 233. Howard led the JV Lions, bowling an average of 210.6 with a high game of 235.
The Lions finished the weekend with a 2
nd place finish in the FSU Seminole Classic II Baker Tournament.

The Lions will be back in action on January 24 at the Rammit Classic in Mobile, AL.
