FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – The Emmanuel Men's Wrestling team hosted King University tonight for a Senior Night conference dual. The Lions took an early lead with a win at 125, but the Tornado took the next five bouts to take the lead. Michael McCarthy earned a win for the Lions at 174, but the Tornado closed the dual strong winning the final three matches to earn a 33-9 victory.

• At 125lbs. Braydon Mitchell (Emmanuel) def.  Phoenix Sandifer (King) via fall (1:24). 
•  At 174lbs. Michael McCarthy (Emmanuel) def. Clinton Morrisette by SV-1 (4-1). 

Next up, the Lions will travel to Greenwood, SC to face nationally ranked, Lander University on January 29 at 7PM.
