KINGSPORT, TN – The Emmanuel Women's Swimming team continued action in the 2026 Conference Carolinas Championship. The events swam tonight were the 400IM, 100 Butterfly, 200 Freestyle, 100 Breaststroke, 100 Backstroke, and 400 Medley Relay. 

RESULTS

• In the 400IM, Isabell Schiller took first place with a time of 4:21.59. With this time, she earned an NCAA cut and was named the Conference Champion in the event.
• In the 100 Butterfly, Marcela Alonso placed 2^nd with a time of 56.32 with Darielys Ortiz coming in 4^th with a time of 57.57.
• In the 400 Medley Relay, the Lions team of Isabell Schiller, Catalina Acacio, Marcela Alonso, and Darielys Ortiz finished 2^nd with a time of 3:50.63. In the relay, Isabell Schiller broke the school record in the 100 back as the lead-off with a time of 56.90.

Following Day Three, the Lions sit in third place with 405.5 points, behind UNC Pembroke (540.5) and Montevallo (424). 

The final day of action will begin tomorrow morning at 10AM with finals at 5PM!
