Box Score TIGERVILLE, SC – The Emmanuel Men's Soccer team traveled to Tigerville, SC to face North Greenville University in conference play. The Trailblazers jumped ahead early, taking a 2-0 lead into the halftime break. The Lions answered, exploding for 4 second half goals to take home the 4-2 win. With the win, the Lions improve to 2-2-1 overall, 2-0 in conference action. 

North Greenville jumped ahead early to take a 1-0 lead in the 9^th minute of the 1^st half. The Trailblazers added a goal in the 42^nd minute to make it 2-0, heading into halftime. In the 1^st half, both teams took 4 shots with three shots on goal.

Following the break, the Lions took control, with Enzo Joly finding the net in the 58^th minute, assisted by Alex Cook to make the score, 2-1 NGU. John Ruetschle tied the game at 2-2 in the 65^th minute, assisted by Dylan Persinger. At 73:31, Ruetschle scored his 2^nd goal of the night to give the Lions a 3-2 lead and Joly closed out the scoring, netting a goal at 81:34 assisted by Maddox Driver to make the final score, 4-2 Lions. In the 2^ndhalf, both teams took 7 shots, with the Lions taking 6 on goal. Emmanuel goalkeeper Edouard Laberge picked up 5 saves on the night.
