Hermosilla, was awarded by USA Archery (Archery's National Government Body) with a grant to participate in the formation of current and future coaches with a bright future at the collegiate, national, and international level. The grant allows Hermosilla to participate during the last 8 weeks in a continued formation under USA National Head Coach Kisik Lee, USA Archery Education and Trainer Manager Guy Krueger, and several Level 5 NTS Coaches. The course focused in different aspect like biomechanics in archery, sport psychology, leadership, and training efficiency. By passing this formation, Hermosilla joins a selected group of National Coaches around the country as a Level 4 NTS Coach only on step behind the top credentials an Archery Coach can accomplish (Level 5 NTS Coach). Hermosilla declare "I was honored by the grant given to me by USA Archery, but now I'm even happier I completed the course. This formation helped me to better understand the sport I love; and I hope to continue helping USA Archery and Emmanuel College in achieving their goals at the national and international stage. God's plans are sometimes unclear, but in these moments, it is when I give thanks to have a family and the EC community who keeps pushing me to become a better person, Christian, coach, and athlete every day".
