Lance Olson is entering his second season with Lions Lacrosse.
Olson played for the Lions from 2017-2020 as a midfielder, helping the Lions earn their first post-season tournament berth in program history.  At Emmanuel, he was named to the 2020 All-Conference Team the Academic All-Conference Team in 2019 and 2020. Following Emmanuel, he finished his playing career at Limestone University where he played as a graduate student on a team that made it to the final 4. At Limestone, Olson was named 2022 All-South Atlantic Conference Third Team.

Olson joined the staff at the University of Montevallo where he served as the team's Defensive Coordinator. He coached the Falcons goal keepers and Face-off specialists to a PBC Defender of the Year Award along with a CSC Academic All-American selection and a USILA South Region All- Region Honorable Mention. He coached a Falcon keeper to a top 10 finish nationally in save percentage while posting two defensive All-PBC selections and a face-off First Team All-PBC selection.Â
