Emmanuel University (Ga.)

Jayla Battle joined the Emmanuel University Sports Medicine Team in August 2024, bringing with her a variety of experience in collegiate athletics. Her impressive background includes working with numerous NCAA Division I sports teams, where she has honed her skills across a variety of high-level sports environments. Jayla holds a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Auburn University and a Master’s of Athletic Training from the University of Houston. Battle earned her Doctorate Degree in Athletic Training at Indiana State University to advance her clinical and didactic knowledge. In addition, she is also a nationally registered and certified emergency medical technician. Jayla’s journey with the Lord started at a very young age and her favorite Bible verses are Jeremiah 29:11 and Philippians 4:13. With her passion for sports medicine and a deep commitment to excellence, Jayla is excited to contribute her knowledge and skills to Emmanuel University and is blessed to be a part of the Emmanuel Family.
