Central, SC --- Emmanuel College Men's Soccer traveled to Southern Wesleyan University for a Conference Carolinas matchup between the Warriors this evening.

The Lions absolutely dominated this conference matchup against the Warriors. Emmanuel would score their first goal of the half at 18:28. Chris Klooster scored the goal assisted by Emilio Rangel. The Lions would once again score on their next shot at 20:49 to put the Lions up 2-0 over the Warriors. The goal was scored by Lucas Pollacchi, unassisted. 

The Lions came out strong looking to increase their lead. The Warriors and the Lions would put up 11 shots each in the second half, many missing high and wide. Emmanuel's goalie, Rodrigo De La Targa, had 4 saves on 12 shots for the night. The Warriors goalie, Wesley Bigbee, had 6 saves on 18 shots for the night. The Lions would secure the victory over the Warriors 3-0 after 90 minutes of play. 
 
The Lions will travel to Francis Marion University on October 8th for a Conference Carolinas matchup with the Patriots. The game is set to begin at 7:30pm.
