Pembroke, NC – Women's Volleyball traveled to Pembroke, NC to compete in the Semifinals of the Conference Carolinas Championship. With a win here today, they would punch their ticket to the finals to face off against the winner of UNC Pembroke vs. North Greenville.
 
Emmanuel looked to find a spot in the Championship game of the Conference Carolinas Tournament. To do this, the Lions must defeat the University of Mount Olive. The Lions had previously beat the Trojans 3-0 in regular season play and were looking for a repeat. The Lions determination to win would ultimately secure the victory 3-0 over the Trojans. Overall, the Lions had 5 kills to Trojans' 40, 6 aces to Trojans' 4 aces, the Lions had 7 blocks to the Trojans' 4, 33 assist to Trojans' 37 and 55 digs to Trojans' 56. Set 1 (27-25), set 2 (25-20) and set 3 (25-22). Emily Hanson had 13 kills followed by Alaina Emminger who had 8 kills. Kaitlyn Henderson and Layla Bland both had 3 aces. Taylor Roberts and Gabi Reagan both had 3 blocks a piece. Gabrielle McGlamery had 29 assists and Amore Marshall had 14 digs. With this victory, the Lady Lions will advance to the final match in the Conference Carolinas Tournament.
