Box Score Bristol, TN – The Emmanuel College Women's Tennis Team traveled to King University looking to improve the conference record. 
 
The Lady Lions did not face any issues to earn a quick doubles point today: First, on court #1 Alejandra Guerrero / Darja Chistov grabbed a pair of breaks for a 6-2 win. Soleny Gonzalez / Shatavisa Ghosh remained undefeated in conference matches with a solid performance today for a 6-2 win.
 
In singles, Emmanuel got 5 extra points: First, the sophomore, #70 Alejandra Guerrero on court #1, found a pair of breaks that were enough for a 6-4 6-4 vicotry. Darja Chistov, extended the scoreboard lead for EC with a solid 6-0 6-1 win. On court #2 Soleny Gonzalez remained undefeated in league matches and clinched the overall win for the EC by 6-2 6-1. Shatavisa Ghosh gave EC another point by a quick 6-0 6-1. 
 
Coming up next, Emmanuel will travel to Lees McRae College, continuing their conference schedule.
