Franklin Springs, GA – The Lions hosted Converse University in a Conference Carolinas matchup on September 20, 2022. 

The Lady lions would dominate the match winning 3-0. The Lions came out strong winning the first set 25-16. They would take the second set, 25-10, and the third set, 25-15. Emily Hanson had match high of  10 kills followed closely by Taylor Roberts who had 8 kills. Gabrielle McGlammery dished out the match high of 28 assists that would far surpass the Converse Valkyries high of 13 kill by Savannah Ducote. Asia Queen led the Lions with 12 digs.  Alaina Emminger finished the match with 2 blocks. Kaitlyn Henderson finished the match with a match high of 4 aces.

The Lions remain undefeated in Conference play and advance to 3-0. Emmanuel will travel to Lees-McRae on September 23, 2022. The match is set to begin at 7:00pm.
