Banner Elk, NC – The Lions went on the road to Lees-McRae in a Conference Carolinas matchup against the Bobcats on September 23, 2022. 

The Lady lions would dominate the match winning 3-0. Emmanuel came out strong winning the first set 25-12. They would take the second set, 25-14, and the third set, 25-23. Emily Hanson had high of 10 kills followed closely by Jocelyn Martin who had 9 kills. Gabrielle McGlammery dished out the match high of 30 assists that would far surpass the Bobcats high of 13 assists by Madison Goins. Kaitlyn Henderson led the Lions with 8 digs. Gabi Reagan finished the match with 5 blocks. Kaitlyn Henderson finished the match with a match high of 3 aces.

The Lions remain undefeated in Conference play advancing to 4-0. Emmanuel will travel to Belmont Abbey College on September 24, 2022. The match is set to begin at 2:00pm.
