Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Lions and North Greenville Draw 1-1

TIGERVILLE, SC – The Emmanuel Men's Soccer team squared off against the University of North Greenville today in Conference Carolinas action. With each team scoring one goal apiece, the match ended in a draw, 1-1. With the draw, the Lions record moves to 7-5-2 overall and 6-3-2 in conference. 
 
North Greenville struck first in the 39th minute of the 1st half, 0-1. The score remained the same until the 66th minute of play in the 2nd half, when junior, Tomas Pollacchi, assisted by sophomore, Matt Fitzer, found the goal, 1-1. After 90 minutes of regulation, the match ended with the score knotted.
 
Emmanuel ended the match with 5 shots on goal to North Greenville's 2. 
 
Up next, the Lions will face Lees-McRae College at 7PM on Saturday, October 28th .
