TIGERVILLE, SC – The Emmanuel Women's Soccer team traveled to Tigerville, SC to take on the North Greenville Crusaders tonight in Conference Carolinas action. It was a defensive battle from the start, but the Crusaders scored late to take home a 1-0 victory. With the loss, the Lions fell to 5-10 overall on the season and 5-6 in conference play.
The first half of play was back and forth, with neither team breaking through on goal, leaving the score knotted at 0 at the half.

Hannah Thompson had an impressive 9 saves on the game.
The sole goal of the game came in the 80
th minute of play, to give North Greenville a 1-0 victory.
Next up, the Lions will host Lees-McRae on Saturday at 4:30PM.
