Box Score FRANKLIN SPRINGS – Tonight the Emmanuel Women's Soccer team took on North Greenville University in Conference Carolina action. Although the Lions battled, the Crusaders took home a 4-0 victory, dropping Emmanuel's record to 2-7 overall, 2-2 in conference. 
 
The scoring started early for NGU, with a goal by Valerie Hernandez in the 4^th minute of play to take a 1-0 lead. In the 15^th minute, Hernandez tacked on another goal to make the score 2-0 heading into halftime. 
 
The second half of play was a defensive battle, until the Crusaders put another goal on the board in the 76^thminute to take a 3-0 lead. In the 80^th minute, NGU scored once more to take the game, 4-0 to improve their record to 5-3 overall, 4-0 in conference.
 
Next up, the Lady Lions will head to Central, SC on Tuesday to take on Southern Wesleyan!
