Franklin Springs, GA – The Emmanuel Women's Tennis team hosted Barton College today for Senior Day. The Bulldogs got off to an early lead, winning the doubles point but the Lions roared back to make things interesting in singles play. Barton however, came away with a 4-3 win in nail-biting fashion. With the loss, the Lions fall to 9-10 on the season and 5-4 in conference play.

- At #2 Singles, F. Trabadelo (BC) def. Soleny Gonzalez (EU) 6-2, 6-2.
- At #3 Singles, M. Ruya (BC) def. Tawana Senah (EU) 6-4, 6-2.
- At #4 Singles, Shatavisa Ghosh (EU) fell to L. Lilleengen (BC) in three sets, winning the first, 6-2, then losing the second and third, 6-3.
- At #5 singles, Darja Chistov (EU) def. A. Lozano (BC) in three sets, losing the first 6-4, then taking the next two, 7-6. 6-1.
- At #6 singles, Sabina Roua (EU) def. C. Kai-Chin (BC) 6-3. 6-3.
