FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA – After playing key roles in Emmanuel Women's Basketball's wins over #13 Embry Riddle and Rollins College, junior Naomi Roberts and freshman, Kate Jackson earned Conference Carolina Player of the Week honors.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Roberts earned the nod as Offensive Player of the Week, averaging 24 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. 
Against Shorter, Roberts scored 22 points, had 6 rebounds and picked up 3 assists, 2 steals, and a blocked shot. She followed that up with a strong performance against Embry-Riddle, scoring 20 points, grabbing 3 rebounds, 3 steals and a block. She went a perfect 7-7 from the foul line. In the Lions win over Rollins, Roberts came up big with a double-double of 30 points and 10 rebounds, 3 steals, 2 assists and a block. 

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Jackson earned Defensive Player of the Week honors coming up big for the Lions on the glass, averaging 9.6 points and 12.3 rebounds per game.
Against Shorter, Jackson scored 8 points and picked up 15 rebounds, 2 steals and a block. She followed that up with back-to-back double doubles, with 10 points, 12 rebounds, 2 assists and 3 steals against Embry-Riddle and 11 points, 10 rebounds and 2 blocks against Rollins.
