Miami, FL - - - Day three of the USA Triathlon Men's & Women's Collegiate Club National Championships. The Mixed Relay (300-meter swim, 4.2K bike, 1K run), took place on the grounds of the Miami Motor Speedway.
43 teams from NCAA Div. I, II, & III competed in the event. The Lions had an amazing race from start to finish. One hour into the event, the Lions were in second place overall, just behind Queens University of Charlotte. Ultimately the Lions finished 7th overall and set a new EU school record of 1 hour 7 minutes 44 seconds. Breaking the old school record by 10 seconds!
